Am I correct the benchmark is basically:
cursor = connection.cursor()
cursor.execute("some sql fetching many rows with NUMBER() columns")
timer.start()
for row in cursor.fetchall():
pass
print timer.used()
If so, I should be able to produce a benchmark of this fairly easily.
