I use MySQL 5.6.20 (Homebrew).

mysql> show create table admin_views_prepopulatedpostlargeslug\G

       Table: admin_views_prepopulatedpostlargeslug
Create Table: CREATE TABLE `admin_views_prepopulatedpostlargeslug` (
  `id` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
  `title` varchar(100) NOT NULL,
  `published` tinyint(1) NOT NULL,
  `slug` varchar(1000) NOT NULL,
  PRIMARY KEY (`id`)
) ENGINE=InnoDB DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8
1 row in set (0.00 sec)

mysql> CREATE INDEX `admin_views_prepopulatedpostlargeslug_f52cfca0` ON
