It seems all you need in the overridden runserver is:

from (...)runserver import Command as BaseCommand

class Command(BaseCommand):
        def handle(self, *args, **options):
                options.setdefault('addrport', '0.0.0.0:8000')
                super(Command, self).handle(*args, **options)

What am I missing?
