I'd just like to add - thank you for the polite reminder! I know it can be 
very frustrating having patches sit around without any attention, and 
sometimes a good bump is and/or feels necessary. Doing so in a positive 
manner is very welcome.

As a small reminder - the release of django 1.11 happened today, and a lot 
of people have been busy preparing for that release (as well as the 
security releases that went out today) for some time. It's likely that more 
attention will be spent reviewing contributions moving forward.
