I'm not sure if you've contributed much to Django or the ecosystem
(including GraphQL libraries) before. If you don't have much of a track
record of contributions, your application is less likely to be accepted -
see the section "How can I improve my chances of being accepted?". It's
also very late in the day to start on a proposal, given that submissions
close in 2 days :(
