 This is not true. When Django works with Lighttpd over FastCGI lighttpd
 immediately offloads received data to Django process and it can stream it
 wherever it wants to. In fact I use one of my services that uploads zipped
 mp3 albums under lighttpd and streaming works (with my patch in #1484).
