This error message is wrong , showing error "unknown locale: UTF-8" to
the user , conveys that the user has entered\put something wrong which is
not the case here.
I facing the error for the first time . I have used Django on Pc but this
my first experience of Django on Mac OSX (10.8.2) .
Please let me know in any case i can help .
