|| `True` || `True` || Django raises a `TemplateDoesNotExist` in the debug
screen.
|| `True` || `False` || Django silently ignores the missing template.
|| `False` || `True` || Django raises a `TemplateDoesNotExist` resulting
in a simple HTTP 500 error.

I concur with shanx that this is the expected behaviour.
