This patch only addresses the postgresql_psycopg2 backend. Does this mean
that people have tested it does not occur with the postgresql backend? I
am unclear how to construct a situation that causes the failure to happen,
so maybe somebody can confirm this.
Moving out of "ready for checkin" until that happens.
