I don't think excluding the validity of the `Unknown` choice when
`required=True` is a good idea at all.
I think that your use case is fulfilled by something like:

forms.ChoiceField(widget=forms.RadioSelect, choices=((1, 'Yes'), (0,
'No')), required=True)
}}}
