Ran into a very small issue:
Files uploads that are streamed end up having 0600 permissions, while
files that are uploaded normally have 0644 permissions. I can't put my
finger on where this happens at a glance, will look into it tomorrow.
(In case anyone's wondering, I need read access to be able to scan newly
uploaded files with clamav.)
