LabelCommand has a `label` attribute that can be used to adjust the name
used in the usage docs and help text:

https://github.com/django/django/blob/46e0335583661507f1c10adb97fbd9dcfbb9b787/django/core/management/base.py#L503

 However this isn't documented on:
 https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/howto/custom-management-
 commands/#django.core.management.LabelCommand

 I'll open a PR shortly :-)
