#28100: Change password of a user by form is given an 404 error

When i try to change the password on an user by the admin on the form is
getting a page 404 error, the error is because in Portuguese the
translation of <a href=\"../password/""\">this form</a>." an it its
translated for <a href=\"password/\">deste formulário</a>." . To fix this
just change the translation for <a href=\"../password/""\">deste
formulário</a>.
