The creation of an admin action with an intermediate page is sufficiently
complex to merit a complete example, including a view. The existing
documentation places most of the complexity in the view, but then leaves
the writing of that view "as an exercise to the reader". I humbly submit
that this exercise would be most appropriately performed by someone
intimately familiar with this process, so as to provide a best practices
example rather than something as incomplete as currently exists.
