attached a sample project that show the issue with the admin site
you can reproduce using runserver
visit the page (tested with firefox and chromium on linux)
http://127.0.0.1:8000/admin
look at the runserver logs and ensure that you see
GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" 404 230
try to login to the django admin site with any user and pass
you'll get a csrf error
