I used django git in ubuntu 16.04 and it was working perfectly fine. But
after upgrading to ubuntu 18.04, it gives this error.

I tried downgrading python to 3.5 but it didn't work.
I have set

SPATIALITE_LIBRARY_PATH = 'mod_spatialite'
}}}
in settings.py
