`cx_Oracle 6` contains a lot of significant changes (see [https://cx-
oracle.readthedocs.io/en/latest/whatsnew.html#whatsnew60 release notes])
i.a. Oracle SDK is no longer required for installation.
Moreover `cx_Oracle 5.3` will be 2 years old at the time of 2.2 release.
