#33448: timezone difference causes problem with admin panel time

i used custom time zone settings in django settings.py file with value of
Asia/Kolkatta but when i create objects using admin time get saved in
different time zone or to say default time zone as UTC instead of Asia due
to that SQL querys with dates fails
