When using SplitDateTimeField in a form, the default behaviour is to
display a TextInput widget when rendered, not only is it not what is
expected, but you are unable to enter a valid datetime because validation
fails. Attached patch sets the widget property of SplitDateTimeField to
SplitDateTimeWidget. It still allows a custom widget to be passed in as a
 parameter.
