 Checking the `{{% extends}}` using this bash command

 ```
 find . -name "*.html" ! -path "./venv/*" -exec grep -n "% extends" {} + |
 awk -F: '$2 > 1 {print "Filename: " $1 ", Line number: " $2 ", Matched
 string: " $3}'
 ```

 returns no results. It looks like the `{{% extends}}` is always at the top
 line of the `html` files
