* resolution: => duplicate * status: new => closed Comment: This was discussed in #35124 recently and at lead to [https://forum.djangoproject.com/t/could-bulk-update-aggregate-the-pks-in- when-clauses/27093/2 this discussion] about the complexity of and cost of hashing certain values quickly.
