I too can verify this. Tested it on windows with cgrady. Fresh checkout of
Django produced the looping problem; however, django-
win32-8203+samefile+copystat+test.patch fixed it. Also tested on OS X and
Ubuntu both with and without the patch. No adverse effects noticed.
