Hello! Why do you say contributor is not active? There hasn't been a
single review for the PR yet, so there is nothing the author can do until
feedback is provided. One way of contributing to the project is to
providing meaningful reviews.
Based on previous interactions in other tickets, I would recommend that
you consider looking for a ticket with no owner, or a ticket where there
is an owner with a PR with long standing issues that haven't been
addressed in a long time.
