I just had this same idea the past week. I was thinking of a solution like
take the django aggregator sites and scan its links for something like
rel="docs:/en/dev/topics/signals/#topics-signals" which means we should
link this entry from the signals page.
Of course this is a very rough idea, but this is what I've had.
As I'm not at DjangoCon, is there anything more specific about the idea?
