The `AdminSite` is already implementing the `never_cache` wrapper around
its views. If is a bug with not caching *that* should be reported. There
is no reason to document something that already exists :) Please open a
new ticket describing the issue you are seeing with `AdminSite`'s usage of
`never_cache` (or lack of).
