Comment:
Translations go in their own component. The "internationalisation"
component is for things to provide support for localisation. This is semi-
important because I regularly scan the "translations" component looking
for things that need committing.
I'm not going to commit this until at least one other German speaker
confirms it (I'll ping somebody).
