Can you make a patch from the root directory, as per
[http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/internals/contributing/#patch-style
Contributing to Django]? It's not trivial to find the right directory for
these. (What's the language code for irish, for instance?)
FWIW, I'm completely unqualified to assess the quality of Irish
translation.
