I've added a patch using !ModelAdmin.has_delete_permission() in
contrib.comments.admin.py and a couple of pretty basic tests for user's
permissions when set on a group. They'll need expanding though, as the
patch isn't tested yet (bit short on time right now) but hopefully that's
a start anyway.
