Sorry for the hostility but just by making the decision to become a party kid it's a given that parties get canceled. Plus the surcharge isn't being given to the promoters but the stores that are selling you the tickets. They are providing a service to you by making the tickets available for you to buy at a discounted price so that you don't have to worry about the party selling out (if it happens) or paying the full price. So don't hate on them for helping you. Just like I said earlier Some people just like to find something to bitch about. Get a fucken life.
