well, i'd blame it on the idiots we elected. cough, cough.

and another reason why i hate gray davis: you know how credit card
companies and solicitors can't currently harass you on your cell phone
because they'd be wasting your minutes (i.e. the daytime minutes) ? well,
as of jan 1, 2003, they WILL, thanks to gray davis.
