Look twisted Derek, I'm gonna speak for myself and whoever wants to agree with me can echo back later. What I found to be the point of the GI Joe/Action figure discussion was that war is exactly the thing that shouldn't be shaped into a game. You reiterated the point yourself, saying that you won't tell some of the things you see to your mother... So why are we representing war as a game to our children? I personally think GI Joe was acceptable for us when we were kids because the villians were fictitious. If there was a cartoon called "Blast VietCong" you'd bet there'd be an uproar... Secondly, no one's claiming to know any more about real combat than you do. But still, I don't think it takes a marine to realize that war is a terrible thing, and not something that kids should aspire to be involved in. And finally, good for you for being a marine. But honestly I don't give a fuck if you're a war hero or mr. rave america, it doesn't earn you the right to throw around derrogatory slurs like you're the man himself. Get over yourself. I hope I speak for a bunch of other people when I say leave the racist comments out, asshole. I wonder where you leanred the phrase "rag head peices of afghani shit" any way... Did the good ole marines teach ya that one? Yeah... Glad to see you're using a mind of your own buddy. Keep that those comments to other bigots you know that actually give a shit. Silly of me to think that most people on this list were smart enough to get over the racist shit, huh?
