I do a local build of openssl 0.9.8 and then a couple of lines in the
devtools/Site/site.config.m4 makes it use that instead of the
distribution installed openssl libs (same as my sendmail-8.13.8 spec
file).  It seems like it would be pretty easy to roll those changes into
a spec file for dkim-filter as well.
