Seems like starting with some recent version of dkim-milter,
the Received header fields are no longer included in a
h= list, as if the 'Received' were automatically included
in the OmitHeaders (-o) option. I can't see it documented
anywhere.

How can I have it back please?

The RFC 4871 gives me the right to choose what headers
to include in a signature. Some headers are not supposed
to be signed (Return-Path), others are more likely to be
clobbered in transit, but a choice to sign them is
perfectly valid.
