That section of the standard includes Received: on the SHOULD NOT list.

Compiling with _FFR_SELECT_SIGN_HEADERS adds a "SignHeaders" configuration 
file option which lets you specify the header names you want to include, 
e.g.:

        SignHeaders     Received,From,To,Subject,Date,Cc

If instead you'd rather tell it "omit none", you can use:

        OmitHeaders     -
