Apart from what others have written, Unix sockets for Postfix don't mix
well with Postfix and Sendmail DKIM (rather use an inet socket).
Make sure that the DKIM service is defined in master.cf rather than
main.cf, and if you're running multiple smtpd listeners make sure that
the service only runs on the last listener (when defined in main.cf it
will run on all listeners). Moreover, using non_smtpd_milters for DKIM
on Postfix is probably never a good idea.
I've been through all of this myself ... ("been there, seen it, done it").
