No, unfortunately the message has been deleted in the meantime. But I
tried this before, and could never trigger the failure. In fact, since
the message causing troubles can't be delivered, I can probably never
get hold of such a message ;-)

Hmm, maybe I should change dkim-milter to return SMFIS_ACCEPT instead
of SMFIS_TEMPFAIL in case dkimf_insheader(..., ..., XHEADERNAME, ...)
fails?

I built [1]it using pkgsrc (2007Q3) which uses [2]this site.config.m4.
Nothing fancy AFAICT.
