This is the signed From: header:

  From:=20Peter=20O'Kane=20<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

and this is what appears in the MUA:

From: "Peter O'Kane" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Verification fails as the double quotes are missing.  I tested the 
above case using the newest version and it passed verification.  This 
looks like a bug in dkim-milter 2.5.0.

Send me an email off-list with your originating IP address and I'll 
give you a relay to test the DKIM signing.
