Dkim-milter does not determine whether nmvf.us exists.  The DNS query 
is done to retrieve the public key.

This is an unusual case as the message is being "signed" using a 
domain that does not exist.  I would expect an "Accept" in this case 
but that means an additional DNS query.  The domain part would have 
to be determined using heuristics.
