What is the relationship between OpenDKIM and dkim-milter. Looking at
opendkim.org I learned that OpenDKIM is based upon dkim-milter 2.8.3.
Can OpenDKIM be used instead of dkim-milter as a milter? Is dkim-milter
2.8.x dead and should I switch to OpenDKIM?
