I'm glad to report that I've finally managed to get it to work. I 
compared two generated mailings - one from OpenEMM v5.5.1 (the version 
that I had employed formerly and with which DKIM had worked fine) and 
6.0.1 - the most recent version. It turned out that the only difference 
between the two was that the latter didn't put the names in the Reply-To 
and From headers in quotes:

5.5.1:
...
From: "Company Inc." <[email protected]>
Reply-To: "Company Inc." <[email protected]>
...

6.0.1:
...
From: Company Inc. <[email protected]>
Reply-To: Company Inc. <[email protected]>
...

I now have my parser add the missing quotes and the signatures are once 
again accepted. :-)
