This worked for me on FC10:
wget 
http://mirrors.cat.pdx.edu/fedora/linux/updates/10/i386/dkim-milter-2.8.3-3.fc10.i386.rpm
rpm -v --checksig dkim-milter-2.8.3-3.fc10.i386.rpm
rpm -ivh dkim-milter-2.8.3-3.fc10.i386.rpm

You could always download the srpm and review the spec file for guidance:
