I don't know of any. Meanwhile, I recently received a lot of scams 
claiming to be from eftps.gov.

I've seen verifiable DKIM signed messages from:

eBay
Twitter
FaceBook
LinkedIn
Plaxo
Apple
Sun
Philips
Renault (3rd party signature)

and a lot of smaller domains.

FWIW: last week I submitted DKIM as a candidate to be included on a list 
of open standards, used by the Dutch government to endorse the use of 
open standards, in order to improve interoperability.
