By "largish government agency" I presume you mean the US Federal Government.

At Cisco we have seen valid signatures from the US Army (us.army.mil), 
Federal Trade Commission (ftc.gov), and Energy Star (part of the EPA; 
energystar.gov).  We have also seen valid signatures from a number of 
municipalities with .gov domains and from the State of California 
(gov.ca.gov).

This data is as of 1 September; I need to crunch my logs again.
