I think that's incorrect.  ADSP is a solution (of sorts) for transactional
email, and not ideal for end user emails.  That's not the same as pure
DKIM.

I think Mike specifically said that you simply have DMARC be set to the
same strictness of whatever other methods you have deployed, and you get
the benefits of both without them interfering with each other.
