Do you mean DMARC validation (inbound), or DMARC compliance (outbound)?

Exim supports DKIM signing and verification since version 4.70. SPF checking is 
experimental and supported via the libspf2 library. 

The configuration of Exim is very flexible, almost like a script, so perhaps 
various checks can be combined into a DMARC check.
