Yes: you asked Yahoo! to put mail with your domain in the From: line in the 
spam folder if neither DKIM nor SPF passed and it did what you requested.

Do not use quarantine or reject on domains with human users. (And, by 
extension, send your transactional mail from domains which don't have human 
users.)

It does not. It indicates that SourceForge is not using your DKIM or SPF, but 
is using your From: line.
