There is no way. 

All of the big mail providers will let you set a verified alternate email 
elsewhere as a From: line. In all cases, if that other domain is configured 
with any sanity, and it turns on dmarc p=preject, the mail will bounce. There 
is no workaround for this. If you want to be able to send mail as a domain from 
other people's mail servers, don't set p=reject. If p=reject is set, don't try 
to send mail from other people's mail servers. 

This is another reason why many domains with individual people in them don't 
set p=reject.
