You won't have any luck using "alias"-like functionality, as by Elizabeth Zwicky earlier in this thread. That said, if you move away from alias-like functionality and use Google Apps or similar to host/control your domains, there's no reason why you can't authorize multiple email hosts to send on behalf of your domain. You'll still encounter delivery issues with your p=reject policy due to mailing lists (if you sent to mailing lists), but that issue is different from the "can I send from another host" question.
