You are using SPF, but are you using "-all" in SPF, and if you are using 
includes in your SPF records, do all those includes end with "-all" also?

Currently, SPF has quite a wide implementation in the email ecosystem and 
"-all" should stop dead in its tracks almost all backscatter spam. It works for 
me.
