Not quite follow here...but... Since 163.com, 126.com, yeah.net as well as 
gmail.com, yahoo-mail, hotmail and so on are all DMARC-compliant(verifying 
spf+dkim+dmarc), if there are bad guys abusing your domain and sending forged 
messages to those sites, your ruf/rua URIs can receive aggregate/forensic 
reports from them.


It's a little strange that you are only seeing reports from 126.com, maybe:
a) your ruf/rua URIs discard reports from others??
b) bad buys only send forged messages to 126.com??
